What will you be doing?

You’ll own analytics and automation projects for international B2B tech clients – from scoping to delivery.

You’ll audit, build, and customize GA4 and GTM implementations (client-side and server-side), including coding, configuration, and reporting.
You’ll configure data integrations across marketing and analytics platforms using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot, and custom APIs.
You’ll build and maintain process automations and data pipelines that keep our clients’ and internal systems running smoothly.
You’ll build data workflows in BigQuery and create dashboards in Looker Studio to answer business-critical questions.
You’ll design AI-powered workflows using tools like Antigravity and Cursor to improve how we work.
You’ll work directly with clients via calls, Slack, and email – advising on tracking, data quality, and automation opportunities.
You’ll develop reusable templates, processes, and internal tools that help the team deliver faster and better

*47€/h, up to 7,050€/month (B2B contract, includes rolled-up holiday pay and remote work compensation)

As an ideal candidate

You have implemented, configured, and customized GA4 and GTM(client and server side) solutions for various businesses.
You have hands-on experience configuring data integrations and automations across marketing and analytics platforms using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar.
You have experience with JavaScript, HTML, and SQL. You can demonstrate it.
You’ve worked with BigQuery, Dataform, or similar data warehouse and pipeline tools.
You’re already using AI tools (Claude, Antigravity, or similar) in your daily work and can talk about how.
You speak English fluently – “pretty good” doesn’t cut it.
You’re highly organized and detail-oriented – you scope, plan, prioritize, and deliver without being micromanaged.
You’re comfortable working directly with clients across calls, Slack, and email.
You’re a curious person who’s always improving — reading industry blogs, testing new tools, attending conferences.
It is possible for you to work remotely from any location within the UTC-1 to UTC+4 time zones.
