As the Head of PPC & Strategy, you will own the agency’s performance engine and lead our transition to scalable growth systems.

About the role

Role: Head of PPC & Strategy

Location: Remote (UTC-1 to UTC+4 to ensure overlap with our team)

Model: B2B contract

Compensation: €72,000-€84,000 per year + Performance Incentives

Team Leadership

Mentoring a senior-only team of specialists to solve complex B2B challenges and manage high-level partnerships.

System Quality

Auditing the portfolio to ensure the “Holini Way” is executed consistently and at a high standard across all accounts.

R&D Partnership

Mapping repetitive manual tasks within the PPC workflow and partnering with the R&D Hub to build automated solutions.

Financial Health

Managing department profitability and driving efficiency.

Strategic Architecture

Designing cross-channel strategies that bridge the gap between ad platforms and client CRM data.

Performance Engineering

Moving the needle on advanced metrics like incrementality, profit-on-ad-spend (POAS), and lead-to-revenue mapping.

Hub Collaboration

Partnering with the Data and Performance Design departments to ensure a unified, tech-enabled growth engine for every client.

Methodology Evolution

Refining our proprietary PPC playbooks to stay ahead of platform shifts and B2B market dynamics.
