Our Approach

  1. We optimized conversion tracking and bidding by switching to portfolio bidding strategies and implementing Target CPA bidding with a max CPC limit.
  2. We enhanced campaign settings by excluding low-quality traffic from Search Partners, leveraging insights from the client’s internal database.
  3. On the keyword level, we transitioned to broad match, consolidated duplicated keywords across match types, and paused irrelevant or underperforming terms.
  4. We refreshed the ad copy by updating keyword-related headlines to enhance ad relevance and paused automatically generated assets that did not meet performance standards.
  5. Finally, we unified and corrected UTM tracking, enabling cleaner data collection and more accurate insights within the client’s internal reporting system.

Performance Results

Following an in-depth analysis of the initial campaign data, we applied proven best practices to optimize performance. Our efforts boosted the number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) attributed directly to Google Ads via UTM tracking. At the same time, we lowered the cost per MQL and increased lead quality, achieving a stronger MQL-to-SAL conversion rate.
