What will you be doing?

  • You will translate client ICPs, buyer personas, creative briefs into platform-specific creatives (static, motion and short-form video) and landing pages.
  • You will own end-to-end delivery of design from first draft to final build, producing assets that drive measurable results for our B2B clients.
  • You will collaborate with senior PPC specialists to gather the data and inputs for your design decisions. You’ll use these to guide your next steps, identify improvements and improve performance.
  • You’ll constantly sharpen your skills and knowledge in conversion-focused design, user experience (UX), and B2B performance marketing, becoming a true expert in what makes creatives and landing pages effective.
  • You have the ambition and potential to become a Head of Performance Design department, set quality standards and internal design systems.

Strategic thinking, a deep understanding of user psychology, and exceptional visual communication skills are required to succeed in this position. A keen eye for detail is a must.

 *Your monthly full-time salary will be $4,000-$6,000, depending on your experience. You will invoice us under a B2B contract.

Minimum requirements for this role

  • You have a strong background in B2B performance design. Your portfolio must feature a strong collection of high-performing LinkedIn ad creatives and conversion-focused landing page designs.
  • You have excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • You’re highly organized and detail-oriented – you can manage multiple client projects, adhere to brand guidelines, and deliver pixel-perfect work on time.
  • You can be articulate and persuasive, clearly explaining the strategic reasoning behind your design choices.
  • You have a data-informed mindset – you are driven by metrics and understand how your designs directly impact results.
  • You’re a proactive and self-driven person who takes ownership of your projects and delivers high-quality work without needing to be micromanaged.
  • You’re a curious person who’s always seeking inspiration and trying to improve your skills.
  • A large part of our team is based in UTC+2. You should be able to overlap with us for at least 2 to 3 hours each working day.
