  • We will sign an NDA with you if needed and get access to your Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager accounts.
  • We will have a video call to discuss your tracking needs. We will then create a custom measurement strategy specifically tailored to your needs.
  • We will conduct an in-depth audit of your Google Analytics and GTM accounts and create a document (7-10 pages) where we pinpoint all the problems from both a technical and integration standpoint. We will also include any possible solutions.
  • We will have an in-person meeting or a video call to present all findings and possible solutions.
  • We will give you an estimate of how much time it will take to fix the errors found during the audit.
  • We will customize and improve your existing implementation based on the measurement strategy that we have created and fix all technical issues found during the audit.
  • The implementation usually requires coding (building a dataLayer structure for developers and writing JavaScript in GTM) and custom solutions meaning that we always need to test our implementation before we go live.
  • If the testing has been successful, we will have a video call to give you an overview of everything that has been done. This will also give you a chance to ask any questions and get direct answers from us.
  • If you change your website or app, you need to make sure your tracking continues to work as expected. This means that you either change the configuration yourself or get in touch with us before changes go live so we can make sure that your tracking continues to work properly.
  • In addition, we will create and implement custom alerts during the implementation phase. This way, if tracking stops working, we will be notified via email and we can take action immediately.
